A question about UCAS as an overseas applicant

Does anyone know when the universities ask for transcripts to be sent, proving grades? My kid will be applying with grades in hand this Sept. Cannot link the school with a "buzzword" but have an in-school counselor reference lined up.

We applied from the US this year and it depended on the University. If you look on the Universities equivalent qualifications page for your country you will often find the guidance on when/how they want your transcript submitted. It is normally sent after you have done your UCAS application & have your UCAS student I’d number. Some give you an admissions team email to send a copy to & will take it from you. Some (only Edinburgh in our case) want to receive it directly from the school
