Anyone else having problems getting on the accommodation bit of UCL's website

I'm not sure why but my daughter hasn't been able to get on it all day. Is it just us? Thank you.

I think this has been a problem for quite a few people, well according to The Student Room. My son has had lots of problems accessing portico to see his offer details and has had to speak to UCL about it. Have you contacted UCL?

Yes DD tried solidly last week. Calls, emails the lot. Finally got through at the end of the week and they made the adjustment from their end which sorted it. Not sure why they couldn’t just do a blanket fix tbh?
