Student Finance always down

Anyone else having problems? This is my ninth year of supporting the application and I've never had this problem before of the service continually being down

I started a thread on this last week. I called SFE and they told me they're aware of the problem but have no idea when the problem will be rectified! Unbelievable really. They emailed me the form to complete but this has to be printed off and posted back.

Have you had any success getting online yet?

Is this were it says the information doesn’t match?

Ive had the same issue, my husband managed to do his yesterday but mine still doesn’t work.

No, it says this:

Hi, am currently adding the parent details to the sfe application for the maintenance loan - at no point have I had to enter my actual taxable income. Does anyone know if this is normal ie do they get it from my NI details, or should I be expecting to put in the info myself?

Answering in case anyone else wonders - yes, they just used the parental NI detail to get taxable income. Didn’t have to actually enter any figures other than for a private pension.

Anyone else still unable to add supporting information for 2024 finance applications? Had an email saying last chance to support an application. Log in and only 2023 available. Says all up to date.
I've checked with DD and she did her bit weeks ago.
