I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have experience of writing a proposal for their PhD programme?
Basically I am trying to work out the scope of the "contextualized research".
So they want a creative manuscript, but in your proposal you have to write :
"Your research proposal (2 single-spaced, or 4 double-spaced pages) should give a clear account of the proposed creative manuscript, the proposed contextualising research, and the integral relationship between these two strands..."
And I'm trying to figure out how broadly I can go with the research, I'm looking for examples, basically to know how closely connected the two things need to be.
