I'm a bit confused whether students are entitled to free or reduced prescriptions ,dentists and NHS costs.
DS is nearly 19 so will have to start paying soon or so I thought. However I realised that you can complete the HC1 and may get help with costs.
Has anyone's dc done this? Ds is living in halls and has the min loan, no job but did work part time last summer.
