The furthest out but it is all relative at Oxford - is a short bike ride or bus ride in. Is much closer to everything than one would be at many other universities. The main humanities teaching is moving up towards it soon too.
Lovely big grounds and accom all three years. Nice gardens.

congrats to her.

I was there many many years ago! Also pooled there, and was initially disappointed.
But Lord I had the best time. Made friends on day 1 who are still my closest mates 30 (plus) years later. Had a fantastic time. Graduated with a first. Sailed into my chosen field. Absolutely nothing but good memories.
I went back in the summer and it is far more impressive facilities-wise now with all the new accommodation etc.

DS is in 2nd year at St Hugh's and he loves it, loves it, loves it!
Beautiful gardens, he can have accommodation for all years if he wants.
I've visited a few times and it's only a 15 min walk out of the centre along a beautiful tree lined road.
He applied to St Hugh's as he didn't want to be in the heart of the tourist trail and he wanted a less formal college as regards rules and traditions
