Student Finance log-in query

Hi Hivemind, I'm sure this is probably obvious.My second child is now applying for student loans and I need to give my financial details. Do I log-in with the Customer Reference Number I had for my first child (long-time ago, finished studies) or create a new account?

I simply logged in with my original customer reference number and either DD2 had been added or it was very simple to add her. Sorry, it was 2019 and quite a lot has happened since then! Don't bother creating a new account - I know it can cause issues if you do.

Something weird.
DC1 soon to start 4th year of 6 yr course : maintenance loan will be £15k. Last yr it was about £9k (London weighting).
DC2 soon to start 2nd year of 4 yr course: maintenance loan will be £6k. Not London. Last yr was a little higher, I think.

wtf. We must have done something wrong, right?
