Applying to overseas universities/ IVYs

Is there a board for applying to over seas/ specifically the IVY universities?

Or anyone know where I can find info to being the search.

Sorry I am late to this, OP. It has been mentioned in the past that the Fulbright organisation online been helpful with information for UG applicants to American universities. This is true even though the Fulbright Program focusses on PG placements.
