My daughter has offers from Bath, Exeter, Durham and Bristol to do economics. She is literally changing her mind every hour. Anyone any knowledge to help... please

Thanks everyone. Feedback from everywhere seems to be different. So we are thinking that means there isn't a wrong choice. She going to do a pro and con sheet at the weekend and hopefully make a decision!

We all look forward to hearing the decision @anandwhy 🙂

If only MN had a betting option as part of their App .......

Good luck OP and I agree all of your DD's choices are excellent unis and there is no bad decision. Once her firm and insurance is made she can concentrate on exams.

My DD took ages deciding between Exeter and Durham but once they know where they are heading it becomes their uni definitely no regrets in our house. At this point they can just get overwhelmed with what seems such a big decision but once they have made their choice all will be fine.

As @lastdayatschool says pop back and let us know your DD's choices.

A pro and con sheet is exactly what mine did.

Our eldest has been extremely happy at his Uni after looking at all the things that were important to him.

I have twins going this year and one has Exeter the other Bristol.
Chosen for similar reasons in the end.
The Exeter choice was down to better Laboritories for the course and the Bristol choice was again down to the course as it focused more on coursework. His other choice was Warwick.
Everyone was astonished he turned down Warwick, but the course was all theoretical. So despite it being higher up the league tables it just wasn’t what he was looking for.
Ultimately it’s where your dc will be happy on a course they want to do. So don’t let league tables sway your dc in the wrong direction.

Remember when choosing that one choice should have lower grade requirements….just in case. But the decision is just as important

They're all good places that's for sure.
If they're no way she could take a day in half term to visit? DD liked the idea of Warwick but when she visited she hated the place. I'm so glad we did that visit. From that she knew that a campus uni was not for her. I think that might be the biggest deciding factor here if she's happy with all course spec.
She had to decide between Durham and Bristol. For her, Durham was too small and she is extremely happy at Bristol (with much better weather and very little rain compared to the north west!).
