Do Liverpool/Sheffield take you if you drop a grade

DC's lower offers are ABB from Liverpool and Sheffield. They got BBB in recent mocks. Wondering if either uni would still accept them if these were actual results.

Grades required affect popularity. In the case of Sheffield politics, it was top 10 in Cug with ABB. I guess that made it popular. Not top 20 now so I’m surprised they have put up grades but I would guess it’s a COVID grade response. Young person I know stated in 2018.
