Could I ask your view ( and the national view) of Hogskolans in Sweden?

How are they regarded by employers? The educational establishment?

I think they are similar to the old U.K. polytechnics?

Hi, I'm Swedish, went to uni in UK so never went to högskola or uni in Sweden but my understanding is that unis are a step higher than högskola so going to högskola would probably be seen like slightly below uni for potential employers.
