DS is applying for his TfL 18+ Student Oyster Card. The terms and conditions say a letter is needed from the uni to confirm his status, and so he got one, but the application process didn't prompt him to upload it. Should it have done? He was able to submit the application without it, and now it's status is "awaiting approval" from the uni, implying that TfL get the letter from them instead. Is that right? It's not very clear!
