Anglia Ruskin university - Peter Taylor House - arrival question

My DS will be starting September (grades permitting!). Accommodation available from 07/09/22 and welcome week starts 12/09/22. Wondering when to book arrival slot for. Don’t want him on his own for days but equally don’t want him to miss out on meeting people as early as possible. Realise this is a pretty niche question but anyone know when new students typically arrive at this university accommodation?

Not Peter Taylor House, but my DD is starting at ARU as well and is moving in on Sept 8th. She's in a WhatsApp group for her course (set up from the ARU Freshers Facebook group) and knows that most others are moving in on 7th or 8th, so I'm guessing that there will be people around.

She plans to spend those days before Welcome Week settling in and exploring Cambridge. When we found that there is a Wilko about 10 mins walk from ARU, she decided to go down with minimal stuff and buy kit when she's seen the room/kitchen!

Here's the official group (there seem to be scam/spam ones for each uni too!) and I'm sure he'll be able to find other people in Peter Taylor and/or on his course! (What's he doing? My DD will be there for Illustration in the art school!)
