Can I accept a place at Uni and change my mind before September?

I’m a mature student, have just been offered a PGDip place on a counselling course. The same day I have also just been offered another job and an interview for another interesting position. I have 5 days to accept the Uni offer.

Can I accept and then decide against it at a later stage or am legally bound to enrol and pay fees once I have accepted the offer?

I suffer from low confidence and I didn’t expect at all to get offered a place on the course (or the job) so my head is all over the place and unsure which path to take!

Of course you can change your mind. The fees won’t get released to the uni until you actually enrol
