Apply for student finance

My daughter has just applied for student finance and I received the email to fill in my details. I have got to the dependants bit. I have two other children do I put them in and it's asks about money but I only receive benefits do I have to put the child tax credits amount in as a year and would I add the child benefit.

Well, I don't know but

Child Tax Credit and Child Benefit are both listed as tax-free benefits here

and this page says you declare your taxable income

so it looks as if they aren't included.
