Hi. DS has conditional offers from four of his five choices. Still waiting for Edinburgh. Is anyone else in the same boat?

My DS is still waiting to hear from Edinburgh for biotechnology. Also no news yet from Glasgow and Manchester. Offers from Leeds and Bristol.

Thanks. He's so fed up waiting, and anxious to accept his first choice (Dundee) so school have said he can drop it and apply to another Uni. He's thinking Warwick, who are still accepting on UCAS it seems.

He can’t change his UCAS choices unless it’s within 14 days of submission. In his situation he’d just withdraw from Edinburgh and firm/insure two offers.

If he has already got an offer from Dundee (and the others, apart from Edinburgh), then he can just withdraw his application to Edinburgh and firm Dundee. Presumably he isn't wanting Edinburgh to use as his insurance?
