It looks like the government are trying to limit numbers for art subjects at new universities as the graduates are not earning enough to repay loans.
I noted that art courses at our more established universities are unaffected.....
Is the government of the opinion social mobility isn't to be achieved through HE but FE/vocational training as this is where the money is starting to go to?
Do we wish to reduce the number of your people going to university and will this impact on the aspiration and ambition of those that do not get high level A level grades?
