Student house tenancy agreement - how do we all sign

7 students and their guarantors all have to sign the same tenancy agreement. Has anyone else done this and did you sign electronically rather than wet signature otherwise that is a lot of people and addresses to get around.
First time we have rented student house so not sure how this works.

Nb. I am aware of the joint and several rules, but it really is supply and demand and there is no other option.

Either electronically with docusign or it gets posted/emailed six times.

The agents will invariably use Docusign though you can opt for "wet ink".

BUT..... far more important than the mechanics, is everyone aware and comfortable that they're underwriting everyone else not just their 1/7th? Probably inevitable but worth checking.
