Are my benefits effected with my daughter being back from uni

My daughter cannot return back to uni until September because of government guidelines. She usually lives in halls of residence. I’m on JSA so I get full housing and council tax benefit. But have also still be receiving it whilst daughter at uni because this is classed as her home too. If that makes sense. But obviously now she’s is at home fully till September. I’m confused as to whether this changes things. Any help /advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Not an expert in this area, but I'd have thought it wouldn't make a difference. You're already entitled to claim as if she was still at home while she is away temporarily, so the fact that she actually is at home has effectively been taken into account.

Thanks for the reply. I rang up about it and it didn’t make a difference as she was still online learning. I’m glad I checked though
