I'm about to apply. Any advice will be really useful.

Just writing the personal statement and working out who to ask for references.

Helpful information would be around auditioning, funding, job prospects post qualifying.

I am realistic enough to know that my chances are small, even with a background in performing.

Thank you.

I forgot to say...one of your referees HAS to be your singing teacher. My other was a drama teacher and I also used a director I’d worked with who was also head of an MT course at a university.

Thank you.
This is so useful I am really grateful for taking time to share your knowledge and experiences.

I am working, so want to plan ahead to prepare for auditions and appropriate application deadlines over next year. The tip about applying early is really useful.

I know that the chances of getting a place are so slim and even more so with a scholarship. I'm saving whilst I work to have a cushion of money. I know that the commitment to the training will mean no time to work whilst training.

I need to try this, even if it is to show that I couldn't make it! I'm also planning other postgrad steps if required.

You need to select a course or institution which will help you land an agent at the end. Otherwise it's pointless IMO

This is partiality what RAM wanted for this course this year. Closing date was 1 November. There’s more hints and tips from them I haven’t attached. You need to do the research.
