ACM (Music) - anyone got any feedback

My son is interested in their degree courses. We’ve heard very mixed reviews about places like BIMM but not much about ACM. He’s not hugely academic, but a talented musician albeit a late starter. He also has asd so will need some support.

Potentially considering Guildford campus but wondering if there is a difference in standard/atmosphere etc between the different campuses.

Does he absolutely 100% want and need to do a contemporary music degree? Is there anything else he’d be interested in doing? Anything at all?

Yes, 100% although I guess he doesn't actually need to do a degree but it is a way of keeping him in education and actually doing something. His special area of interest is keyboard programming and musical theatre but absolutely anything to do with music. I think he would find it extremely difficult holding down a normal job but could see him working freelance perhaps programming sounds or making tracks for other people.

Nothing whatsoever. Its's music or nothing. He gets angsty if he can't get to a keyboard to play. We have to even plan our holidays around him finding a music shop to give him his "fix" almost.
