Can someone help DD with UCAS form crisis plz?

DD has filled out form, paid fee, submitted to school referees.
Referee has reverted with minor suggested corrections to PS. Email from UCAS says that she should be able to edit at this stage but when she logs back in neither she nor I can see an edit button. Am going mad. Any suggestions?

If she can't access her personal statement to amend it this means that her school/referee has not pressed the "return to applicant" option. Once they do that she can amend and then goes through the pay/send process again to put it back into the school's system.

It might be worth emailing now because they may look at email later. I know I am! It is a 10 second job for them.

She will need to also untick the section complete so it shows as incomplete. Then she can amend and resubmit.

@seasonfinale. I guessed it might be something like that but it’s nice to have confirmation. At the moment the Complete boxes won’t untick.

If she is an early entrant they will be as keen as her to get it submitted. She shouldn't feel embarrassed about harassing anyone to get it sorted!!
