No response yet

Has anyone been able to contact them?

I had a response on FB but it wasnt very useful.

I'm hoping to start an open uni course. Despite doing everything I've been asked I keep getting reminders to arrange payment (which is through SAAS) and they aren't responding to anything, no phone lines open, just email and it's been 2 weeks!
