The government have disadvantaged A level students both ends after the most awful few months due to Covid. Not only by downgrading many but then capping University intake of home students so that there is no flexibility in them accepting lower offers due to the downgrades. Patently unfair and stressful for quite a few students. Please sign these petitions to help get this situation discussed. I really fear it could lead to serious mental health issues. It is also demotivating students coming through the system in following years.
