Urgent student finance question please

Adding the finance details of DS's application, first page asks if if I already have a student loan account- does this mean to I have one or does DS have one Ie do I need to set one up of my own or link to his?

You do need to set u your own account which then magically (I assume as I went though the email link) links itself to your DC.

It was really quick and easy to do - I guess one of the advantages of not having much income

I see! I thought you might have had your own account already from previous student loans to yourself, in which case you need to use those login details. My student days were long before loans, I got a grant! I’m on my 3rd student DS now and have used the same account for each. I guess it’s linked by the email, who knew?
