Do you get NHS bursery on top of maintenance grant?

I’m going back to uni. I need to access how I’m going to live. DP works he earns around 20k a year. My course is 3 years and we have 2 children.

I’m so confused as to what support is available as online it’s just says up to.

Can I claim tax credits ? As I know you can’t claim UC

In addition to these payments, you can also take out a student loan from the Student Loans Company, even if this is your second degree.

I think you can claim maintenance and bursary, but the amounts you get will count as income for UC / tax credit purposes - even though maintenance is a loan...
