hi, I wasn't sure whether to post on here or whether to post in the HE board so I'm going to post in both areas.
I am applying for a non-academic support role in a university. If successful, it would be my first HE job having never worked in HE before.
Any interview tips and potential questions? I've checked glassdoor and it seems potential questions could be
1, "how do you build relationships across the university / with faculties etc".
2, "how do you increase student engagement"
Can anyone advise on good answers?
