If degree was so long ago it was prior to tuition fees?

I’d quite like to go back to uni in a few years time to do a totally unrelated degree, just for interest. But can’t afford to pay 9k a year up front.

No, basically. Has to be first degree or similar, except in very specific circumstances in certain subjects.
