Deadline for accepting Alternative offer on Ucas

DD got an alternative offer from the uni that she wants to go to. We've been trying to contact Uni but there has been no reply. The line just disconnects after 20 minutes.
We thought that she can just accept this alternative offer after 3 on Ucas but actually, there is no option there or at least we don't see it.
Does anyone knows if there is a deadline for accepting this offer? We are in a state of panic now!

Try not to worry. If no one answers here, you might be able to get some help in Student room. You could try on the relevant university forum and also there's a special A level results forum I think.
