Anyone else having trouble with the student finance website!

I keep trying to reset my password and just get an error message over and over. Arrgghhh!

We had issues trying to register and it was because we were using Internet Explorer rather than Google Chrome. Could that be the issue?

Mind you we are still waiting on a decision for DD, despite applying weeks ago!

Thanks, I did try a different browser and it only made it worse.

It was fine using safari on the iPad a couple of weeks ago. The only problem I had was my own when I found out she'd get less than we thought.

I would phone them as they've been really helpful when we've phoned. Mind you I need to phone them again tomorrow so I'll let you know if it's as successful.....

Ah yes, I did phone them in the end and a lovely chap with a sexy accent sorted it out. Phew.
