2nd year undergrad here (no idea why I have such a fascination with mumsnet, just love the drama).

Ask me anything about UEA that you want to know for your soon to be freshers!

Not a mum to a fresher, just curious - does UEA still have the horrible concrete stepped halls of residence?

The Ziggs!! Yeah, they're definitely still here - its a bit of a UEA tradition now to fall down them when drunk, most freshers have! (The newer halls are much less concrete/prison like but don't have the same cult status as Ziggs)
