A levels - I haven't a clue!

As I didn't take them I'm not really sure what 'extra' work DS should be doing!

Went to the parents intro evening and they said they expect the same no of hours of lessons in college to be spent studying at home.

DS is very vague, do they get given advice/suggestions on what to study? He's taking Graphics, Media and Geography.

What are your teens doing outside of college?

'Hours out of lessons' will include homework, essays, assignments, etc as well as reading relevant periodicals and websites.
You have posted this in Higher Education so you are asking the question of University level people. Try reposting in Secondary Education to get teachers' perspectives.
