So, following on from my previous thread - it seems that at Birmingham they have a Meal Plan which allows you to choose where to eat at a wide range of different places on campus. Which I think probably expands the gluten-free choice more than I originally envisaged with eating in halls. The website certainly claims they can cater for GF diets.
Does anyone have any direct knowledge about how this works in practice, which will help DS who is only just transitioning into a GF diet, to decide between this option and self-catering. Thanks.
