What could i do as a short course that would provide me with a qualification to enable me to work part time from home?

i.e. book keeping. Im doing an OU course in Psychology but i will not have completed my degree for another 3 1/2 years. I need something to do in the mean time work wise.

I would prefer to work from home for myself but im not skilled in anything so will need to brush up on some skills

any ideas? What would be a worth while and interesting course? And maybe even something to fall back on in the future

maybe something related to health and fitness would be good as i would find that interesting.

anything health, fitness, arts and crafts, something creative, writing, or media im interested in

ideas greatly appreciated. Just popping to the shops now but will check my local college website when i get back in half hour
