Now I know that according to mumsnet, I should not be involved but I am taking my DCs!
Does anyone have recommendations on which accommodation to look at?
I am hoping for a nice sunny day as everything always looks better!
We are going to go after school on Friday so that we can have a walk round the city and dinner. I also need to book a cheap hotel for the night preferably with parking.
Is anyone else going? Should I wear an identifying mumsnet scarf Wink ?

Dd2 is approaching the end of year 1 and in Lyddon, main house rather than the terraces. She has loved it, food in the refectory can be hit and miss but for general convenience and size of room it's been great. The shared bathrooms are cleaned every day. Shared house in Headingley next year is going to be a whole different thing.

DS1 went in James Bailie in the first year which he liked

We did the accommodation day and DD has put Leeds as her firm choice now. My favourite accommodation was Lyddon Hall mainly for the convenience and grand piano! I think DD liked Leodis. She now needs to weigh up the pros and cons, and make a decision.

DC1 has liked Leodis this year. Whatever accommodation your DC chose, it's the neighbours/future friends which make it great.

Good luck with the Leeds ring road - hope you make it out safely (and going in the right direction)!
