Nvq3 health and social care

Can any one help me . I d like to start my own home care agency but I don't have any qualifications in this field. I've been a totally different career . Do I need to do NVQ2 then 3 to start up? Or is there another way around it?

I think you would need level 3 possibly level 4. Sorry im not help but previous managers, i work in community care, have either had or working towards their level 4 so they can manage x
