Hi does anyone else have a dc living at one of the Student Castles that has recently been bought out/taken over by Liberty Living?
We don't seem to have been kept informed at all about this, and if dd's friend hadn't mentioned it to her, we wouldn't have even found out.
The Student Castle website no longer allows access to her student portal, and we are starting to get concerned about the way things are being handled by Liberty Living re the payment instalments and what might happen next year.
Anyone else in this situation?
