All three offers are unconditional.

Gosh- was somebody claiming that there would be a significant difference in the social economic profile of undergraduates at Exeter, York and Warwick?

Well, there was a huge generalisation that Exeter = "safe and comfortable, vs Warwick = 'more buzzy, politically active"

IME of both campuses as I say, I know the Departments in my discipline at both places quite well professionally this huge generalisation is not accurate.

Meant to add: they're pretty much much of a muchness. I've seen how active the Evangelical Union and the student Conservatives are at Warwick. It's hardly a place of lefty students.

But that could be me: I never quite connect "buzzy" with student Tories ... (although I s'pose that pub landlords around Oxfordshire might have used that word about Boris et al.)

Well Warwick is more politically active. And the Exeter campus is a safe haven if you want it to be.

Obviously they are all generalizations.... What else can they be in q couple of sentences?

I guess I just want rather more evidence for your statements, when I have personal experience of both campuses which suggests a different impression ... you italicised "is" suggests you're writing undeniable fact when actually, it's not.

But what this does is to highlight for the OP just what different sorts of impressions/experiences each of those universities offers. And that actually, the choice of York, Exeter, Warwick is another of those choices where there's no wrong choice. A great position to be in!
