Hi, Im new to mumsnet and because SF are utterly useless I'm hoping for a little help and information.
Here goes.......I received my firm offer from uni in April and since then i have been trying to sort out my SF, i must speak to the once a week and they keep requesting info that i have already sent and they have returned. No-one can give me a straight answer.
I have an 8 year old and 2 year old twin girls, i have got them a place at nursery however, they want a deposit, i really did not want to pay this until i had a confirmation of entitlement from SF but due to pressure i have now paid it.
Can anyone enlighten me on what i may be entitled to..... i have 3 children, oh earns around 17,000 a year. Not sure about my timetable at uni but my nursery for the twins is 70 per day or 315 for the week. Ive not factored childcare in for my elder child as i believe there is an upper limit to childcare and i believe ive surpassed it with the twins alone.
I really wanted this sorted before we enter the summer hols but it looks unlikely :-(
