Kings, Southampton or Oxford Brooke's for Child Nursing?

My daughter is trying to choose between these three unis. All the offers are BBB (which,fingers crossed she is on target to achieve/exceed) she had hoped that Oxford Brookes would offer BBC so that she would have an insurance option, but this hasn't happened.
Although she loved all these universities when she visited them, she is leaning towards Kings and thinks she would love to live and work in London. I am assuming that if you can nurse in a busy London hospital you can nurse anywhere. Her placements will be in London and she won't have to travel too far from her halls.
She will be attending post offer open days at Kings and Southampton shortly. If anyone has a son or daughter doing nursing at any of these unis we would love to hear your thoughts on the course/ placements/halls etc.
Are any of these universities flexible on grades if she has a disaster at exam time? Is it worth putting an insurance choice down if all the offers are the same? ( Oxford Brookes makes offers between BBB and BBC but only has 14 child nursing places!)
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

A friends daughter is at Kings studying child nursing and according to her mother she is having a blast. However she says the costs are eye watering as apparently they dont have time to get a part time job. Sorry I have no further details :-(

Thank you Isthiscorrect. Very reassuring to hear. I am bracing myself for the costs, she will get the minimum bursary/student loan as both my husband and I work full-time and 'apparently' can afford to fund the majority of her living costs ourselves (don't think my poor bank account is entirely in agreement though!)

My DD had a place at Kings to do child nursing, she liked it but decided to go to Surrey. I would not recommend Oxford Brookes but that's mainly due to awful reports about the Paramedic Science course.
She won't have much time to socialise, it's full on so Southampton may be better and cheaper. Hospitals there have a very good reputation in the profession.

Good luck to her, DD loved it and has just got a first and is about to start her first job.

Surrey was definitely my first choice. It's nursing reputation is excellent. Sadly it is right on our doorstep and lovely DD wouldn't even consider it!(she has lived in the same house her entire life so wants to spread her wings)
Has your daughter got her first job in one of the hospitals linked to Surrey or has she moved back home? I would rather my DD ended up working in London or Surrey /Sussex than having to relocate permanently to Southampton( if I get any say in it of course!) Did she find it relatively easy to find employment? Well done to your DD by the way!

Surrey was our local uni too but DD lived in hall/house share so was away from home. She's not going to work locally, the first. Job she applied for was in Essex and she got it!
