Hi does anyone know if DS needs a dinner jacket or suit for his first formal two days after he arrives? Thank you

Yes, he will! I'd go dinner jacket - he'll get his use out of it over 3 years.

Thank you, better buy a dinner jacket then. Any other tips of what he may need would be great. At least he doesn't need to worry about cooking! He is very pleased it was his first choice and we thought it was lovely when we had a look round. It's just so far away

I live in Durham and I think it's a beautiful part of the world. It is, however, like living in a fridge in winter so lots of jumpers and an extra blanket would be good!
