Hi, my friend is doing a BA in Fine Arts and wants to transfer to another uni. Are there any that don't charge ELQ when you already have a BSc.

I doubt it very much, I'm afraid.

How far is he into his degree?

If he's only in his first year then he could discuss a transfer with the University. Does he have another university in mind?

She is doing first year in London where she is not paying ELQ, but wants to move north next year and transfer if possible
