can anyone help with UCAS status we dont understand ?

Ok first voice declined and insurance choice which we have logged onto to decline ( as clearing offering her a better course ) is saying she has accepted this offer but she hasn't ! We know she hasn't as been trying ALL day to log on ?

I think the system assumes that you will accept your insurance offer if the first choice doesn't come through. There should be a phone number where you can talk to a person - we had to sort out some stuff and the phone helper was really good and sorted everythign out for us no probem.

I think it means that her insurance place is confirmed.

I think what a lot of people don't appreciate is that the UCAS system is a binding contract and you can't easily change your mind at the last minute.

My understanding is that you can only enter the adjustment process if you exceed your firm offer, not your insurance one.

Thanks both. 2 nd choice have released her and now got onto better course at first choice. Phew
