We got a Special Support grant last year from Student Finance England as both DP and I are student parents.
But his year it says you are eligible for this if:
"I have a partner who is also a student and one or both of us is responsible for a child or young person aged under 20 who is in full-time education below Higher Education level."
DS is only 2, so that doesn't apply to us. Did we get it last year by mistake (will they make us pay it back?) or have they changed the rules? Does anyone know?
