I have been considering studying for a part time degree for a few years but have not been able to afford the fees.
With the changes to the way tuition fees are collected does this now mean that I can study now and pay later in the same way a full time student does? Also does anyone know if your household income (i.e dh's salary) is taken into account for the purposes of repaying the loan?
