Baby is 3 weeks old and 10.5 pounds. It's all assembled fine but when we put baby in it, the shoulder straps snap into place correctly but the crotch strap is too short to reach the fixing. We have looked everywhere but can't find any way of making it longer. Any suggestions welcome.

Hey @RaraRachael we removed the newborn insert and could then connect all the straps ok

Thanks very much @makingabebe . We thought about removing the insert but couldn't work out how to actually do it! There are little bits of material holding the straps in place and we couldn't see how to do it without cutting these.
