Recommendations please for high chair (for a wriggly 21 month old)

My 21 month old son is a wriggler and manages to stand up in his high chair. This has been happening over the last week or so. I’ve adjusted the straps but he still manages to stand up.

I’m looking for recommendations for a suitable high chair. I did look at the Hauck wooden chairs but I’m not too sure.

All suggestions really appreciated!
Thanks.

Which one do you have that he's escaping from?

@NameChange30, it’s a cossato noodle (from birth-3 years.

@Toddlerteaplease, thank you, I’ll have a look at your suggestion.

I need to find a suitable chair very soon.

Would a hook on chair work because nothing to push feet up onto? I always think they look enclosed but admit I’ve only used one a few times and a long time ago! www.amazon.co.uk/Hook-on-Seats/b?node=1902079031&ie=UTF8&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21

IKEA antilop, they're great, only issue is no footrest but you can buy separately.

Having said that, it looks as if the Cosatto high chair has a 5 point harness, so if he escapes from that I'm not sure if the IKEA antilop would be any better. Lots of cafes and restaurants have them so maybe you could try him in one.

My LO doesn’t like the high chairs in coffee shops. I’m not sure what will be suitable as he’s now constantly standing up in chair. I’ve got the travel cot nearby so I can just pop him in quickly. I don’t him roaming around on the floor but not in the kitchen as it’s quite small.
I’ll keep looking and hope I find something suitable he can use for another 6 months or so. He’s definitely not ready for a booster seat you attach to a chair.
Thank you all

Definitely not the IKEA Antilop - my youngest busted out of that at 14 months. He went into a Tripp Trapp then, which calmed him down a bit as he had more freedom to get off it if he wanted to. He’s still in it now 4 years later, and his big sister still uses hers for every meal and she’s a good bit older than him.

We have a Tripp Trapp with the baby set and harness. My DD (13m) can escape without the harness but the harness keeps her contained!

We switched my LO into a booster seat around that age. Pretty low cost and good for travelling if you don't fancy it. If you look up travel booster seat on Amazon it's one of those types. I was looking at Tripp trapp type chairs too. My friends who have them say they're great but our booster seat has done the job fine and is much much cheaper.

Easy to get jn and our of my 2y 3 month year old uses it easily
Only 60 quid jn la redoute atm
If they do stand its not a huge problem.
