Advice about a school in East ham-Please

My DS has been offered a place in Langdon school in East Ham.From the website I learnt that Langdon is a secondary school with excellent rating by Ofsted.I heard that they have started reception last year and going start Y1 this year.
Anybody who has been to school.Please advice.

You might do better posting in the local area section or on an appropriate age group under education rather than G&T (which often turns into stealth boasting or a bun fight so many people avoid or block)
