What the hell is wrong with me? Care to venture a gess before i fight my way into getting a drs apt?

For the last couple of weeks i have been getting sickness at night, starts early evening with a copper taste in my mouth, dizziness and then a night hugging the toilet, it is happening about 3-4 a week and its a nigtmare!
I will obviously go to the GP but i will have to wait a while to see one until i can get an apt in the morning when my kids are at school.

I have also been crying about everything this week for no aparent reason (im guessing PMT) but i cant be pregnant i have had a Marina coil in since Feb... tbh i havent had it checked since insertion due to a horrible few months of family problems.

I think you Can get pregnant when you have the coil?

You could be pregnant- nothing is 100%.

could you be over stressed and just generally depressed and run down?

There are also lots of threads about the side effects of the Mirena coil so might be worth looking at those too?

You could be pregnant.... Have you had periods since you had the Mirena? Has your cycle changed or does it seem the same? I would say that you can tell whether the Mirena is still there quite easily as you generally either have no periods or very light ones (or else you have a nightmare with constant bleeding/spotting), also quite a few people tend to gain weight with it. The pregnancy rate is very low with a Mirena I think.

I havent had any side effects so far, after the horiffic insertion i have been fairly ok, no periods no pain, no nothing.

I am fairly stressed although i wouldnt say depressed, i have a horrid year so far.

I refuse to be pregnant although if it continues for a few more days i will test... and then cry if its positive as that would just open up a whole new can of worms!

I was wondering if it could possibly be reflux type thingy?

A couple of months after having my Mirena fitted I had full pregnancy symptons (was actually throwing up with morning sickness). I wasn't pregnant, but I tend to think that it was the hormones in the Mirena settling down - that's probably completely unscientific, but anyway.... It took a couple of months after that for pregnancy symptons to settle.

Mole1 - i had a few light periods that were a bit longer than normal and then they kinda tailed off, im not sure when the next one is due they havent been all that regular.

I feel so sick im contemplating wehter eating dinner will make it better or worse.

is it always after you eat? Do certain foods make it worse?

Not realy Lisa, it started at night but this afternoon im all queasy and my stomach is gurgling merrily, sorry for TMI but the stuff i bring up is all acidy and yellow...

I have taken Gaviscon (what the hell is up with that stuff?) and tried to take Rennies when i feel it coming on but to no avail.
