i havent had a nosebleed since i was a very young child. i dyed my hair last night (but have done that every 4 months or so for the past 13 years without any side effects. could it be responsible?

I really really can't see why that would be.

I'm ALWAYS having nosebleeds - I've broken my nose twice and the top of it really isn't used toggether properly - and I dye my hair all the time without problem

But plucking my eyebrows makes me snezee which gives me nosebleeds!!!

Hmmm....doubt it's the hair dye, but could mean your blood is thinner than usual. Possibly just the heat, but if it happens again I'd check with GP.

it was a very small nosebleed but it just concerned me because i never have them. i will ring gp if i have any more. would the heat cause your blood to thin?

I think it can, certainly having a temperature can make nosebleeds more likely.

I wouldn't worry if it was a very small nosebleed, but I agree it is strange if you never have them.

I have nosebleeds all the time, worse in heat, in pressure (eg train in a long tunnel) and at altitude. I think the physics behind all these situations is the same.
